This double volume home was designed to maximise vertical space while maintaining a calm, minimalist aesthetic anchored by warm wood tones and soft neutral finishes. The living area is framed by a full height window that draws daylight deep into the space, enhancing the sense of openness and height. A clean TV feature wall with integrated lighting and rounded edges anchors the main seating area, while custom carpentry continues seamlessly into the dining zone. The staircase becomes a key architectural feature, with timber treads, integrated step lighting, and slender black balustrades that introduce rhythm without visual heaviness. Subtle curves are repeated along ceiling lines and junctions to soften transitions and create a cohesive flow across levels.

The kitchen adopts a compact, efficient layout with full height cabinetry, integrated appliances, and durable stone worktops that support daily cooking while remaining visually restrained. In the private areas, storage is carefully concealed within full height wardrobes with minimal detailing and warm accent lighting. Bathrooms are finished in light stone textures with wall mounted vanities and mirrored cabinets to enhance depth and brightness. A dedicated study area on the upper level overlooks the living space through glass panels, allowing visual connection while maintaining acoustic separation. Throughout the home, thoughtful spatial planning, layered lighting, and custom carpentry work together to create a functional yet refined living environment that feels airy, balanced, and timeless.
